Our junior boss has been in and out of the hotel since his childhood. His principal concern is our guests. His motto is, at all times, „Taking the extra step“ – only the best is good enough for our guests.
The one with the experience, after 40 years as member of the Hotel Gollner reception team; never a day passes without him fully motivated and ready for a chat with our guests.
Our multitalent – you’ll find Ms Johansen at the Hotel Gollner reception at varying times. Norwegian-born, our guests from the north, especially, adore her.
The „Youngster“ in the family already started helping in the hotel as a Teenager. He is a very outgoing person and always goes the extra step for our guests – and that is why they absolutely adore him!
Ms Kovacevic is a very dedicated and pleasant young lady and loves to work in hospitality. She is fluent in multiply languages like German, English and Croatian.
For our late arrivals and for the guest service at night, Mrs. Ratkai is always to be found smiling in the hotel. She inspires especially our Hungarian guests with her knowledge about the city of Graz.
We are very proud that Daniela already works since 9 years in our hotel and knows everything by heart. She is always very enthusiastic and is loved by all of our guests.
